The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the Cagayan Tourism Office led by En.P. Jenifer Junio-Baquiran together with Hon. Manuel Mamba, Governor of the Province, Atty. Mabel Villarica-Mamba, PCol. Julio Gorospe, and Board Member Rodrigo De Asis congratulates the 9 outstanding production teams who made it into the finals of the Tourisinema de Cagayan 2023 Short Film Festival and handed over to the winners the prizes for the special and grand awards today at Cinema 1, Robinsons Movieworld, Robinsons Tuguegarao City.

Tourisinema De Cagayan Short Film Festival provided a platform for filmmakers and enthusiasts to showcase their work and celebrate the art of filmmaking in the Province of Cagayan while promoting the tourism offerings of the province.
